All our developments are exclusively private, which allows us, as sole owner, to control the management and development of our projects, and also allows us to implement our developments simply, quickly and efficiently.
Moreover, it also enables us to be an organization without any profit motive, generating only enough income to guarantee long-term self-sufficiency in maintenance and service. Our economic, environmental and social developments will create jobs in the medium and long term, and contribute to strengthening the economic stability of the countries in which we develop.
